Choose one of twelve original schema presets, review headers and token mappings, and add up to twenty CSV sources. Every source keeps original cells and its UTF-8 hash.

Reconcile states and evidence
Review twenty-five rules covering identity, mailing scope, consent provenance, timestamps, duplicate observations and suppression conflicts. Missing consent never defaults to a grant.

Export a traceable review
Keep a CSV group summary, original-observation audit, hold report or complete TXT review. JSON preserves the project. No source platform is changed and no email is sent.

Where is my project saved?
Projects are saved in this browser for this site account. Download a JSON backup before changing devices or clearing browser storage.
Are these twelve vendor integrations?
No. They are original mapping presets for newsletter, customer, event, form, confirmation, preference, unsubscribe, suppression, bounce, migration and evidence records. Review actual headers and status meanings before importing.
Does a later subscribed row remove an unsubscribe?
No. Restrictions stay retained for reconciliation. Later positive evidence is flagged for review rather than automatically releasing a suppression. The tool does not decide whether you may send marketing.
How are addresses and mailing scopes matched?
Domains ignore case; mailbox local parts preserve case by default. Optional case folding is explicit and flagged. Dots and plus suffixes stay distinct. Named mailing scopes stay separate, while global or unknown-scope restrictions can hold a matching email across scopes.
What happens to missing evidence?
Missing, unknown and ambiguous values remain visible. Blank consent cannot default to granted. Timestamps need a full ISO date and time with a known timezone offset; import order is not treated as event order.
Where do the CSV records go?
Parsing and reconciliation run in the browser and records enter your local project after import review. JSON backups contain the exact cells. Owner Save as Template uploads that dataset as site content, so prepare fictional or cleared examples for templates.
Can I resume later?
Reopen the saved project on this browser and account, or restore its JSON backup. Keep backups in a place you trust because they include your supplied material.
